What PaliHub is

After the January 2025 fires, the organizations helping Palisades households published what they offered in a dozen different places — their own sites, flyers, spreadsheets, social posts. Finding the right one meant knowing it existed first.

PaliHub puts them together. It is a directory of recovery resources and a shared calendar of what is happening at the Pali Hub and around the community, so you can search once instead of eight times.

Hub staff review every new listing, and every change to the details that matter — links, contact information, who the provider is — before it appears here.

That review checks for obvious harm, not for truth. We look for scams, listings that are plainly out of date, and organizations that are not what they say they are. We do not independently confirm that an organization will help you, that a programme still has funding, or that a deadline is current.

So: inclusion here is not an endorsement, and omission is not disapproval. Confirm details directly with the organization before relying on them — and if something here is wrong or gone, tell us. A report from someone who just tried to use a listing is the fastest way we find out.

PaliHub is published by the Palisades Long-Term Recovery Group, the locally led recovery group formed by fire survivors after the January 2025 fires. The Pali Hub itself — the building on Sunset Blvd where much of this calendar happens — is run in partnership with Global Empowerment Mission.

PaliHub is their project rather than a separate organization: it has no staff of its own and holds no funds.
