PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — Southern California Edison reported more than 2,100 offers extended to about 5,200 Eaton fire claimants totaling over $743 million, with more than 2,100 claimants paid over $314 million.
SCE still faces roughly 1,000 individual and business lawsuits plus government and insurer suits. Claims under the compensation program close November 30, 2026, so Altadena claimants weighing program versus litigation are running out of time to decide.
