PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — The Palisades fire reached full containment on January 31, 2025 at a final size of 23,448 acres with 6,837 structures destroyed and 12 deaths.
Across the January firestorm, more than 40,000 acres burned and containment of all fires was reached the same day. These are the official figures used in federal filings and litigation.
