PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — At 8 a.m.
on Friday, May 23, 2025, Pacific Coast Highway reopened to all traffic across the 11-mile stretch that had been closed to the public since January 7. Topanga Canyon Boulevard reopened to the public the same day. A heavy security presence remained at entry points into the burn area itself.
