PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — Governor Newsom announced that Archistar's AI permitting software would be provided free to local governments and applicants through a partnership with philanthropic partners including LA Rises and Steadfast LA.
The tool pre-screens rebuild plans for code compliance before submission, cutting cycles of correction. Architects working Palisades and Altadena rebuilds can run plans through it at no cost.
