PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — Council District 11's June 26, 2026 update reported ten additional homes received Planning approval and six more were issued rebuild permits since May, and that the first beachfront home affected by the Palisades fire was nearing completion of framing on Carbon Beach.
Coastal-zone rebuilds have moved more slowly than inland lots.
