The City's central Palisades recovery program and portal. Executive Order 1 gives eligible owners seven years to obtain rebuild permits and three years to complete work; the One-Stop Rebuilding Center consolidated permit and planning intake; and the first Certificate of Occupancy for a rebuilt Palisades home was issued November 21, 2025. Executive Directive 13 created the Standard Plan Pilot Program with pre-approved designs.
