Our certified Rebuild Case Managers offer personalized, multilingual support both in-person and virtually. Services include developing strategic rebuild plans; obtaining permits; soil remediation; identifying and vetting contractors; reviewing construction contracts; assisting with draw payments; and offering managed escrow construction services for homeowners concerned about contractor payments. We prepare detailed Xactimate cost estimates for projects and insurance claims, provide full construction project management, and guide clients in determining the best rebuild options—whether site-built, manufactured, or including an ADU, Jr. ADU, or 1–2 bedroom attached or detached unit. HPP Cares also helps survivors identify and secure gap financing, sourcing additional funding through grants, donations, and financing programs to close rebuilding shortfalls. Additional resources include procurement assistance, bulk material pricing, and a fire-hardening showroom offering training and educational seminars. HPP Cares ensures every survivor receives trusted guidance, transparent oversight, and a clear path to rebuilding a safe, resilient home. Rebuild Experience Lab The Rebuild Center @ The EFC Eaton Fire Collaboratory Home to the Rebuild Experience Lab, a hands-on educational space where survivors of the Altadena Wildfire can explore rebuilding options, meet with experts, and gain the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions throughout their rebuild journey ensuring they have a full understanding of all IBHS standards when it comes to the contracting and rebuilding of there home.. This is not a sales floor — it’s a community-powered learning environment focused on empowerment, education, and healing through information.
