This application is for households affected by recent 2025 LA Wildfires who need help replacing essential appliances. Please read the information below before completing your application. IMPORTANT NOTE: Completing this form does not guarantee that you will receive appliances. Distribution depends on available inventory and verifies eligibility. ELIGIBILITY: To qualify for this program, you should be able to receive and install appliances within 6-8 weeks if you are approved and your household income must be at or below 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Once we receive your application you will be asked to submit one of the following documents to verify your income: - One month of your most recent paystub -Current benefits or award letter (for example: Social Security, unemployment, or disability benefits)
