The two shared links lead to the‬ ‭Assessor’s website and to guidance regarding‬ having a home reassessed to reflect‬ post-disaster home value. Per their website: The Los Angeles County Assessor’s Office is actively monitoring the ongoing fires across the County. We are prepared to assist property owners and respond to reports of property damage once a comprehensive assessment has been conducted. If your property has been damaged or destroyed by the windstorms or wildfires, you may qualify for temporary property tax relief through the Misfortune and Calamity Program.
