Army Corps clears the final FEMA-assigned parcel along PCH

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — The U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers completed debris removal on the last FEMA-assigned parcel along Pacific Coast Highway on July 8, 2025 — one of more than 230 PCH parcels cleared in the Palisades footprint. The milestone freed the corridor for utility and roadway restoration work.
