CalAssist raises income limit to $211,050 for L.A. County fire survivors

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — CalHFA expanded CalAssist Mortgage Fund eligibility, raising the household income limit for Los Angeles County survivors of the 2025 wildfires to $211,050 — an increase of roughly $70,000 over the prior threshold.

Households previously turned down on income grounds became eligible to reapply for the $20,000 grant.
