County secures $14.5 million more for fire-hit businesses and workers

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — The Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity announced $14.5 million in new funding to support small businesses, nonprofits and workers affected by the wildfires, extending relief beyond the initial January–March round.

The funds seeded later programs including the Altadena Commercial Concierge Program and LACDA's small business loan program offering up to $75,000 per business.
