PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — LADBS issued the first post-fire certificate of occupancy in Pacific Palisades on November 21, 2025 for a nearly 4,000-square-foot, four-bedroom home built by Thomas James Homes with fire-resistant features.
The certificate is the final step in the rebuild process. Reporting noted the home was a builder showcase sold to a new owner rather than a returning displaced family.
