PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — Los Angeles County issued its first Eaton fire certificate of occupancy in early December 2025 for a one-story, 2,160-square-foot home on East Loma Alta Drive — three bedrooms, two baths, attached garage — completed in about four months of construction.
A West Altadena home was recognized around the same time as the first rebuilt in that part of the community.
