PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity completed its first full Eaton fire rebuild on March 27, 2026 for an Altadena couple in their 80s, having broken ground the previous October.
The affiliate has committed to 25 rebuilds backed by a $4.55 million Altadena Builds Back Foundation grant, using pre-approved blueprints matched to Altadena's architecture and bulk material buys. More than 800 families have inquired.
