PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — Governor Newsom announced that the 11-mile stretch of Pacific Coast Highway between Santa Monica and Malibu would reopen to the public before summer, ahead of the original schedule.
Limited access for residents and pass-holders had begun in April. The announcement gave Malibu and Palisades businesses a firm date to plan reopenings around.
