PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — FEMA extended the Right-of-Entry deadline from March 31 to April 15, 2025 for property owners to opt into the free Army Corps debris removal program or opt out and clear their own lot.
The program was expanded to include owner-occupied condos, multi-family and some commercial properties. Owners who filed neither form risked government-initiated removal at their own cost and a lien on the property.
