PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — The mandatory one-year moratorium on cancellations and non-renewals in Palisades, Eaton and related fire ZIP codes, issued under Bulletin 2025-1, lapsed on January 7, 2026.
Homeowners whose policies were protected only by the moratorium became exposed to non-renewal at their next renewal date and should line up FAIR Plan or admitted-market alternatives in advance.
