PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — Caltrans District 7 partially reopened Pacific Coast Highway on March 14, 2025, expanding on the resident-and-crew-only access that had been in place since January.
Full public reopening would not follow until late May. Residents needed placards or proof of address to pass checkpoints during this phase.
