Recovering after a disaster can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate the process alone. The Palisades Long-Term Recovery Group (Pali LTRG) is here to support individuals and families impacted by recent disasters who still have unmet recovery needs. One of the most important ways we can help is by connecting you to a Disaster Case Manager (DCM).
What Disaster Case Managers Do
Disaster Case Managers (DCMs) are assigned to work directly with disaster-affected individuals and families. DCMs provide individual attention and guidance so that you don’t have to figure everything out alone. Their role is to:
- Conduct outreach and intake your information
- Complete a comprehensive assessment to document each client’s disaster-related unmet needs
- Work closely with you to develop a recovery plan and connect you with available resources
How to Sign Up
If you need support in your recovery, Pali LTRG invites you to register for disaster case management. By signing up, you will be contacted by a DCM who will:
- Verify your information and eligibility
- Walk through an assessment of your needs
- Discuss next steps for assistance and available services

What to Expect
Due to the high level of need—over 1,000 individuals and families are expected to seek services—it may take time to be connected with a Disaster Case Manager. Please be patient as we work through applications. Every case will be addressed.
You Are Not Alone
Recovery is a long journey, and Pali LTRG is committed to walking alongside you every step of the way. If you or someone you know still has unmet needs from recent disasters, we encourage you to sign up Today and get connected with a Disaster Case Manager.
