PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — The Foothill Catalog of pre-approved rebuild designs, originally developed for the Eaton fire area, expanded to Pacific Palisades in March 2026, with more than two dozen catalog plans approved by early 2026.
Choosing a catalog plan skips most plan-check review and shortens permitting substantially compared with a custom design.
